Mintha Roach
Mintha Roach is the CEO of the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) and serves on the Provost Search Committee as a community representative. KUB provides electric, natural gas, water and wastewater services to Knoxville and portions of eight surrounding counties. KUB has over 400,000 accounts, 1000 employees and an annual budget of approximately $750 million. Mrs. Roach is on numerous Boards including the Home Federal Bank, St. Mary's Health System, East Tennessee Economic Development Agency, and Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership. She is a graduate of theUniversity of Tennessee at Knoxville and currently serves on the College of Business Administration Advisory Council to the Dean and is Chair-Elect of Chancellor's Associates.
