Edwin Cortez
Dr. Edwin Cortez is the Director of the School of Information Sciences. His research interests are in the areas of knowledge management practices, organizational IT policy development, information storage and retrieval, knowledge/information audit procedures in organizations, organizational communication, and network analysis. He is also interested in the diffusion of technological innovation, system’s analysis, design, usability testing, and implementation, and specialized information centers and libraries.
