Denise Barlow
Denise Barlow is Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The Finance & Administration Division has fiduciary and leadership responsibility for the Knoxville campus in three primary areas of accountability: fiscal, physical, and auxiliary operations. The division goal is to provide quality support in the institution’s pursuit of excellence in teaching, research, and outreach through effective stewardship and enhancement of the University’s resources. The departments in the division include Arena Management, Bookstore, Budget & Finance, Bursar’s Office, Dining Services, Facilities Services, Parking, Police, Space & Facilities Management, Sponsored Projects Accounting, Vol Card. As Vice Chancellor, Denise Barlow, reports to the Chancellor. Denise, a Certified Public Accountant, received an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a MBA in Management from the University of Tennessee. Denise has over 27 years of experience in higher education.
